Subject: FW: Restitution for 16-997
Gerald,
The case was adjudicated last Tuesday but left the restitution portion open
for 90 days. The power pole is PGE's but I don’t know about the sign. Let me
know if you want me to file the restitution request. I need to know
replacement costs and labor costs.
Thanks,
Sadie

Sadie -
I have a case set for pre-trial conference tomorrow and I completely forgot
to ask you about restitution for it. Crime occurred on 8-12-16 when Michael
Moore ran into a utility pole at 315 Lola Ave. The report says that PGE
owns the pole but I wanted to double check with you to make sure it wasn't
the city, as opposed to PGE.
Thanks!
AMY
PS - report attached.
