Upon reflection – Unless there is specific evidence that we are lacking I’m not sure what the goal of another trip to the property would be. Otherwise, it seems we have what we need to show that unpermitted development occurred.

From our end - the ball is in their court to provide us proper documentation (site plan, etc.) for development of that parcel, including mitigation for the unpermitted development that they’ve already done.
