Hi Roxy, just following up on this. With the outline proposed below, how do I go about preparing a compliant Mercury TMDL Document to submit to you in January? Are there examples, or an internal management directive I can refer to?
Thanks!

Subject: Question on Mercury Amendment
Roxy, after our conversation the other week this is the plan our City Leaders have reviewed, and I’m ready to start drafting. My question is, what format does the amendment need to be in for you to approve? Can it simply be a technical memorandum that amends our existing TMDL and lists these projects as follows? I figured if I just threw my questions out there you could help me got on the right path.
FY21/22 (this year):
-Complete Mercury TMDL amendment and have approved by DEQ
FY22/23:
-Decant Facility Waste Stream Determination (Dyer Partnership, or Geosyntec)
-Decant Facility Design
FY23/24:
-Decant Facility Construction
-Bid Hauling and Disposal based per Waste Stream Determination from Year 1
FY24/25:
-Increase Catch Basin Cleaning program and prove out haul-away process and solids disposal documentation
-Establish baseline year of testing targeting Mercury (Do you know if this should be Method EPA 200.8? Or EPA 1613?), to begin to understand the deeper situation
Thanks!
