Sounds good, the flows in the river drop gradually from now until September so we wont be caught off guard if flows drop off. I am sure we will have more discussions later in the month and we will talk about is some more ones the flows get below 100cfs im sure.

I think we know enough to tell Gerald we are about 20 days away from needing to initiate Water Curtailment if nothing changes and we get no rain, and assuming curtailment can begin within 1 week of that initiation.

Andy,
I was looking at some historical data back from the drought in July – Aug 2015 and I stated that I thought the flows in the river got down to 20cfs, but after looking at the data is was closer to a low of 40cfs that summer. The flows this morning are 144 cfs so we have a bit to go.
