Please see attached picture of the intake. I attempted to make contact with Anita Huffman my previous contact person with DSL however she has since retired. I did speak with Mike DeBlasi Michael.DeBlasi@state.or.us , he said the In-Water-Work period is July 1-Aug 31st. He said if we need equipment in the river before that period we can fill out an emergency permit application at https://www.oregon.gov/dsl/WW/Documents/EmergencyPermitApplication2021.pdf. He said that the emergency permit process may go through faster if we contact Oregon department of Fish and Wildlife ahead of time.
Jeff and myself will be able to move some rocks around by hand and this will get us by for a while. We can speak more about this at the meeting if you would like.
