Jonathan, here is how our team interpreted the sludge judges, feel free to tell us where we’ve made any mistakes. You are welcome to use this text for your report if it’s correct, assuming our numbers match.
Executive Summary:
Based on initial sludge judges done in 2018 of 7037 Dry Tons, and the final sludge judges done in 2019 of 6338 dry tons, to the best of our knowledge total % removed as of December 2019 is estimated to be 10%.

SANITY CHECK:
| ||||
As of 12/19 total hauled on manifests is 999 dry tons.
| ||||
This means for the sludge judge numbers to be accurate the plant must have taken on ~300 dry tons during the period.
| ||||
If we assume the original 7037 tons was accumulated
| ||||
over 30 years (or 40 years with a growing population),
| ||||
then this annual dry ton loading makes sense, and so the percent removal makes engineering sense also.
