Hi Andy,
Looks almost right. You had the RL line in the lab report go to the “results” column in the excel template, when it should go to the “QL” column in the template. The Sample Result line in the lab report would then map to the “results” column in the excel template. I will also need a few additional things. Please make sure the lab report includes the chain of custody for the samples; that it is clear on the lab report what day and time the samples were collected; and whether they are grab, composite, or 24 Hr samples.
I will also need to know the location at which the samples were collected. A screenshot of a google map with a pinpoint on the sample locations is fine (just make sure it includes the lat and long somewhere on the screenshot).
Finally, I will actually need the excel sheets and the pdfs of the lab reports burned onto a CD and mailed to me at the lab along with a printed and signed signature sheet.

We can certainly provide information in excel format where possible. I reviewed the instructions you forwarded, could you please confirm the scope of this work for me, so I make sure to do it right the first time:
The City of Molalla we take the values in four CH2MHill Priority Pollutant lab reports previously submitted as Appendix C, “Effluent Toxics Characterization Monitoring” of our renewal application (pdf pages 48 – 218), and map them to an excel spreadsheeting in the format specified (screenshot), then deliver this file to Aliana by email. I can begin this process, and should have something for you by about 11/20/19.
