Andy, Thanks for the info. Farwest will get you a proposal next week for a new rectifier, commissioning and post install test. I recommend you plan on having your local electrician handle the replacement of the post, meter, disconnect and wiring to the new unit. It will need to be permitted for the power company to provide a new meter. It will take a few trips and days to work all that out, so local will be better. If it has problems we will work it out. That rectifier was a 1977 unit. We will provide a cost for a new one. Based on the prior survey, I can estimate the work.

Mr. Keppler, I’m calling this repair Freyer Park Road Cathotic Protection repair. Attached please find:

  1. 1. Original AsBuilt sheet showing the Cathotic Protection (pdf page 3). The site was redone in 2008, the bidform is all I have for that rebuild, also attached (pdf page 1). The last test inspection report done in 201 (pdf page 2). The site has been un-monitored since then, the company testing for us went out of business.
  2. 2. A site-map with angle photos. Location: FREYER PARK ROAD @ ADAMS CEMETERY ROAD, MOLALLA OREGON
  3. 3. Some misc photos of broken equipment.

The Rectifier that has been hit is a GOOD-ALL electric Inc. Model FSAYSA 20-5 N, TYPE F, 115 volts, Amps AC 1.4, Phase 1, Hertz 60, Volts DC 20, Amps DC 5.

Is this enough information for you to get a proposal together for the City?

Thanks,

Andy Peters
