Mr. Keppler, I’m calling this repair Freyer Park Road Cathotic Protection repair. Attached please find:

  1. 1. Original AsBuilt sheet showing the Cathotic Protection (pdf page 3). The site was redone in 2008, the bidform is all I have for that rebuild, also attached (pdf page 1). The last test inspection report done in 201 (pdf page 2). The site has been un-monitored since then, the company testing for us went out of business.
  2. 2. A site-map with angle photos. Location: FREYER PARK ROAD @ ADAMS CEMETERY ROAD, MOLALLA OREGON
  3. 3. Some misc photos of broken equipment.

The Rectifier that has been hit is a GOOD-ALL electric Inc. Model FSAYSA 20-5 N, TYPE F, 115 volts, Amps AC 1.4, Phase 1, Hertz 60, Volts DC 20, Amps DC 5.

Is this enough information for you to get a proposal together for the City?

Thanks,

Andy Peters
