To All Employees,

I sent you all this email back on the 15th but wanted to remind you as you complete your timesheets. If you missed time from Sept 8 through Sept 11, the City will pay for your time off but note the hours you worked during that time. If you miss time after the 11th, Dan Huff has said that you can use your sick time while you were in an evacuation period. Sick time can not normally be used for anything other than sick time for yourself and your family.

This has been a tough time for all. I hope you are doing better and getting settled.

I hope you are all doing ok. I know things are pretty tough for a lot of you. Dan and I wanted to let you know That you will be paid regular pay from Sept. 8-11. You can use sick time for any additional time off due to evacuation.
