Folks, Okay! Here is the full set of reworked (V2), complete timesheets, based on our perspective as management; along with the final version of the whiteboard notes as of this morning. I prepared these myself, so the crew hasn’t seen these yet. My plan is to give these out on Monday and have the crew sign, then bring them up to Cindy. Sound good?

The changes I’ve made were based on the discussion points from yesterday afternoon:

-No OT hrs at all unless actually worked more than 40hrs or had the on-call/callback duty for that day. Only one on-call/callback duty per plant, and one for the shop, on any given day, just like normal.

-Before the 11^th, I used “off-pay-evac” row to square employee hours.

-After the 11^th, I used sick time to square employee hours.

-I only recorded callback hours if the employee actually came in. No hours recorded for remote work or remote logins.
