Importance: Normal

Hello everyone,

Here is the upload form web link for entering your damage assessments. Excuse us for the delay, but we needed to make a few amendments for this event.

https://web3.clackamas.us/damages/agency/login/

Instructions:

If you have a login from older events, you can use that or create a new account. We ask that your jurisdiction or district or school have only one login to enter data so that we avoid duplicate entries.

Like the original FEMA Excel spreadsheet, you need to list locations and categories separately. FEMA requests that you make sure to specify the date of damage and if caused by wind or fire, since some jurisdictions may have wind impacts, but had no fire damage.

On the entry page, there is a pdf link for Category Definitions if needed, as well as a link at the bottom for a debris estimation calculator. Both are below as a reference.

Definitions https://dochub.clackamas.us/documents/drupal/de242330-b66b-4cd2-a0ca-a26263b2af37

Debris Calculator https://ema.ohio.gov/Documents/DRB/Sample_Plan/APPENDIX_F.doc

As a reminder, we need your uploads by 12pm Noon on Wednesday, Sept 23rd, so that we have time to read and formulate the County’s report and files exchange with OEM by the close of business on Friday, September 25th.

Please contact me if you have questions. Martin Montalvo, with the City of Wilsonville, is providing his expertise and experience to help with the County with this process and you may get a reply from him on the County’s behalf.

Thank you,

Jay Wilson
