Good afternoon,

First, I wanted to let you know that County received a letter in response to the Clackamas County request to move to Phase II. You can view the Governor’s response here. We will continue to be grouped with Multnomah and Washington Counties.

Here is an update on the agenda. Please be prepared to discuss the following.

- Phase II application and current metrics

- 10PM curfew on food/beverage – food carts?

- CARES funding awards – has anyone received funding yet? Insights on what information is collected.

- Block parties and smaller events – are cities allowing them?

- July 4th concerns/discussion – OEM/OSFM Wildfires Communication Toolkit

- City updates / good of the order

o Please include:

§ City facilities status – closed, partially open, open to public?

§ Parks status and community events. (facilities open, recreational programming, community or special events happening in the city)

§ Staff confirmed COVID cases/response activities (DO NOT SHARE HIPPA INFO

Also, while I am out, the rest of this week, if you have any changes to your information you would like updated in the situation status report on Wednesday or Friday. Please email your update to EOCPlanning@clackamas.us
