Testing/surveillance/contact tracing: Eligibility of testing and surveillance programs has come up in many regions; HQ is looking at this now and we will let you know when we get further guidance. These costs are eligible for Treasury CRF assistance, according to their FAQ: https://home.treasury.gov/system/files/136/Coronavirus-Relief-Fund-Frequently-Asked-Questions.pdf

Interagency Updates:

• * U.S. Department of Commerce: Please see the link, for more information from the U.S. Dept of Commerce’s Economic Development Administration (EDA) in regard to details of its COVID-19 CARES Act supplemental funding of their Economic Adjustment Assistance program.
• * U.S. Department of Health and Human Services: The ACS Funding Source Tip Sheet is now live! It’s posted on ASPR TRACIE on the COVID-19 Alternate Care Site Resources page. It can be easily found under Must Reads (see gray box titled Sections Navigation).
• * Referral inbox for Interagency Requests: Our Interagency Recovery Task Force has been working hard to unify agencies and departments responding to COVID19-related economic and social issues in the four Northwest states of Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington; please see the attached one-pager. They have established an inbox for any interagency requests, FEMA-RegionX-Interagency-COVID19-Recovery-TaskForce@fema.dhs.gov
