Gerald,

Thank you for this input. I will add this to our agenda tomorrow morning to discuss with everyone. I have a feeling others may agree, but if they decide to keep the Tuesday meeting, I will just anticipate that you will not join us that day – and no hurt feelings! J

Hi Jamie,

With the ramping down of COVID-19 those of us at Molalla are wondering if perhaps we should reduce the number of meetings to 1 per week. We think that Thursday will work and communications via email can continue as information comes to the EOC. This is based on trying to manage our normal workload along with emergency operations. We are seeing our normal workloads increase while the emergency management portions decrease. If something changes or conditions get worse then we can always go back to Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. Thanks.
