Attached is a mental health script for speaking with distressed individuals. Please share with any staff you think may find themselves speaking with a distressed individual. There is an English and Spanish version attached.
Our Vulnerable Populations Liaison staff currently have the resource list out for translation. I am hoping be able to send it to you today, if not it will come on Monday at the latest.
