City EMs,

Please see the updates below from our call this morning.

Canceled city events: Please send a list of city events you know are canceled to Steve Campbell at the City of Happy Valley. He has a spreadsheet going and can share that back out. stevec@happyvalleyor.gov

City hosted public wifi locations: I am still gathering information on where there are public wifi locations for our vulnerable populations to get access. If you know of city hosted wifi locations please send those to me. This will help our vulnerable populations liaisons share the locations with their clients. jpoole@clackamas.us

Governor’s reopening framework: I have attached Governor Brown’s framework presentation for you to view. We will continue to provide updates as we learn more about reopening.

Newspaper ads: Nancy mentioned the EOC placed ads with Pamplin Media. The ads will be of the stay at home flyer and vulnerable populations resource sheet. Both are attached. Full color adds will run next week or the following week in zones that cover parts of Clackamas, Happy Valley, Milwaukie, Oak Grove, Gladstone, Oregon City, West Linn, Lake Oswego, Wilsonville, Estacada, Canby and Molalla.

Shirts for Good business assistance program: Attached is a flyer from Happy Valley’s Shirts for Good program. Residents can purchase t-shirts and proceeds will go to small businesses.

Reopening gov’t facilities/return to work controls: Attached is an email from Martin Montalvo, City of Wilsonville. In it he provides context on their next steps for getting approval of their draft return to work controls as well as the spreadsheet he shared during our meeting this morning.

PA questions: I am working on getting answers to the PA questions asked on this morning’s calls. I will get those out to you as soon as possible.

Ballot box questions: Nancy is working on getting an answer about ballot boxes and if they can be adjusted to be touchless. I will let you know as soon as we get more information.

As always, please let me know if you need anything and have a good weekend!

Thank you,

Jamie Poole
