City EMs,

Here are a couple updates from this morning’s call:

- Public Assistance: In one of the PA emails I sent today I asked you to email me if you would like to add staff to my PA email distribution list. If you haven’t done so and you want to add finance staff please send me their names and email addresses.

- Hotel Voucher Program: It is on our to-do list to get information out to you about this program. Please stay tuned.

- Jamie’s Schedule: I will be working Monday-Thursday 7:30(ish)-4:30(ish) and Fridays 11-3. If you need urgent assistance on after hours/weekends please remember you can contact our Duty Officer via CCOM at 503-655-8211 by asking to have Disaster Management paged.

Not a very long list today, but wanted to still follow up. If you have agenda items for Tuesday please send them my way. I hope you all can get away from your desks and enjoy some sunshine!
