- Resource Requests: Attached are two forms with corresponding instructions for resource requests, please send to EOCLogistics@clackamas.us

o ICS 213 RR-Resource Request Form.pdf – Use for any items not on the PPE request form

- Cleaning/Disinfecting Guidance: Please see the following link for guidance from the CDC on cleaning and disinfecting your facility if an employee is suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/community/organizations/cleaning-disinfection.html

- Town Hall Video: You can view yesterday’s town hall as well as other county produced videos about COVID here: https://www.clackamas.us/coronavirus/videos

- Business Assistance: If your city develops a business assistance program please email 4biz@clackamas.us to share your information with Clackamas County Business and Economic Development.

- COVID Funding Summary: Attached are two documents that were shared from Washington County.

o COVID Funding Summary_All Sources_2020 03-30.docx – matrix of funding sources.

o Coronavirus Relief Fund Extract_CARES Act_2020 03-30.docx – Extract from Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act – note Clackamas County does not meet more than 500,000 population level for this funding source.

- Jamie’s schedule: Jamie will be working Friday 4/3 from 0900-1500. If you have an urgent need over the weekend please contact Nancy Bush, or have dispatch page Disaster Management at 503-655-8211.

If Nancy is able to get more information about the testing location/hospitals question I will send that out otherwise I will keep it as an agenda item for Tuesday.
