Good Morning,
I created an Activity Code for tracking purposes for expenses that are related to COVID 19. This will assist in budget reporting and tracking the extra expenses brought on from the shutdown. Any invoice that you code of you want that expense tied to COVID 19 simply enter a 19 and highlight so Ginger sees it. When Ginger enters the invoices and adds the activity code to the invoice the Finance Department will be able to create a report that will show all COVID related expenses.
I plan to go back to February get all COVID related expenses up to date. Please let me know if you have any questions.
