City EMs,

Summer events discussion: This is a reminder that our call tomorrow, Tuesday 4/21, will be a discussion on summer events and coordination on decisions about cancelations. Fire Defense Board/CFD1 Chief Fred Charlton will join us as well to discuss 4^th of July celebrations and considerations around side effects of cancelations of large firework display events.

Return to work protocol: The return to work protocol has been sent to Dr. Sarah Present for review. When I get that back I will send it out to you.

Reporting non-compliant businesses: There has been a lot in the news about protests and business owners growing more upset about not being open. If you are aware of businesses not in compliance you may send an email to EH@co.clackamas.or.us, it will go the Clackamas County Environmental Health team. They will follow up on complaints with a phone call and emailed letter warning. We are expecting education to be adequate but it is possible to issue a citation.

Final vulnerable populations resources document: Attached is the final version of the resource document we would like your help getting out. It ended up being two pages, one side English the other side Spanish. If you can distribute this in any way – utility billings, newsletters, around town, please do so and let me know where you are distributing them. The liaisons are working to get this translated into other languages as well.
