Molalla Pioneer has been notified. Here is the executed Resolution.

If you are doing extra linking to pages, I did create a meeting on the calendar for today’s meeting. The agenda and packet are posted there.

Hope this helps,

C.

When Lt. Long returns from the Mayor, I’ll get you a scanned copy of the Res to post with it.

Dar, please wait to post until I’ve had a chance to contact Carol Rosen. (We need to inform the media before posting the passing of the Resolution, since it was an emergency, blah, blah, blah.) I will let you know as soon as I’ve had a chance to contact her.

Thank you,

C.

Subject: Declaration of an Emergency

Today, at a special meeting, your City Council adopted Resolution 2020-06 Declaring a State of Emergency due to COVID-19. This Declaration is fiscal in nature and in no way do we believe that there is reason to panic or be concerned that your local government will cease to operate. All essential city services will continue to be provided and maintained throughout our stay safe in place timeframe. Governor Brown has issued an Executive Oder that identifies additional safeguards and precautions for all of us (insert link). Also, please be aware that our playgrounds (not the parks) and the skatepark have been closed. Please call or e-mail anytime for concerns, clarification or service needs.
