Subject: Checking of the drop box

Staff has asked me to bring this to your attention. We discussed after our closing of the doors at noon today to check the drop box at the top of every hour. However after doing this this afternoon every hour seems to be a bit much as expressed by staff. Of course High Emphasis will be placed on days when bids are dropped off. But would it be ok with you if the drop box was checked in the morning, noon, and at the end of the day? Then additional checks could be made by request if one of you ask. Please tell me your thoughts I realize we are in un-charted territory here and the front office will comply with whatever you want them to do.
Also currently Ginger is keeping a close eye on the front door and anytime a delivery is made she has been intercepting all deliveries incase anyone was wondering how that was being addressed.
