Hi,
Attached is the map of the residents to deliver the letters to. I am waiting for a final draft of the letter from the attorney’s, but should have this to you shortly for delivery.
Jake went with me last time to hand out the notices, and should be able to help out.
Documentation needed.
· Keep notes on whether the resident was home to receive the letter.
· If the resident was not home, please tape the notice securely to their front door and snap a photo the posted notice. We can follow up with a mailed notice as well tomorrow morning.
