Per the NPDES Permit No. 101514 for Molalla, a copy of the Annual Biosolids Report must be submitted to EPA Region 10. If you are not the correct contact, please forward to the appropriate person. I have attached a copy of the cover letter and link below to the 2015 Molalla Annual Biosolids Report. A hard copy of both have also been placed in the mail today.

Please let me know if you have any issues accessing the link or there are questions in reference to the report.
