Please let me know if edits or corrections are needed. a) Are all of the sites listed in the Plan still available for use? Yes although Jorgensen and the Nursery did not need irrigation this year. The Cemetery has not wanted irrigation on all days it was available. b) concerns due to the ODA inspection of Coleman Ranch. High e coli (see ODA's report) was found in samples that ODA took in Creamery and Bear Creeks. They are asking Coleman Ranch to take action prevent waste from getting into the water. DEQ asks that recycled water application at the site be adjusted to support this goal. c) complaints showing water in road side ditches. DEQ has received complaints from three separate time periods about run-off. The first occasion, Molalla recognized and brought to DEQ's attention before the agency received the complaint. The second and third complaints are being investigated by DEQ. I am sending you our inspection report from our September 23, 2014 site visit and related photo log. We also have other photos that have not been put in photo log form but could be sent to you. Please send us any information on the location, duration and volume of the suspected drinking water line leak. I will schedule a time for David Cole, Mark Hynson and I to meet with Jennifer Cline and walk through the NPDES permit for the wastewater treatment plant and associated reporting later in October.
