Mr. Fisher –
I left you a voicemail regarding this case, but I wanted to follow up with you via email to provide contact information for the DDA who reviewed the police report in case you would like to speak with him. His name is Bryan Censoni. His number is 503-650-3052 and his email is bcensoni@co.clackamas.or.us. Unfortunately I do not have further information as to why he declined to file, and the Juvenile Department has no control over what the DA decides to do, but if you have other questions surrounding the case please don’t hesitate to contact me.
I’m very, very sorry this has happened. Please let me know if there’s anything I can do to support you.

Subject: FW: Sidewalk Concrete
Hi Jillian,
Below is the estimated price that I gave to Tony Lapointe. The contractor tried to repair the damage and it didn’t turn out as well as we had hoped. We paid for nice new concrete and the concrete we have does not meet the same level as what the community has paid for. We can’t replace it right now because the contractor is dealing with weather and trying to finish the project before the deadline on December 22nd. They poured sidewalk yesterday and had people (more than one) deliberately walking through it to damage the concrete. Not sure what is in folks’ heads around here and this is the first time I have seen this level of blatant vandalism in a community.
Thanks and let me know if you have any other questions.

24’ x 5’ = 120 SF of reinforced concrete driveway. Reinforced driveway @ $11/SF = $1320. Demo, removal, and prep for repouring concrete plus 2 days of delay at $1000/day = $3000. Total damages not including staff time = $4320. This price subject to change depending on actual demo, removal, and prep costs.
