Hi Jillian,

I received a call from the supplier this afternoon. They should be able to get me a quote by next week at the latest. Will send to you and Sadie when it come in. It will cover the removal and installation of a new unit. The supplier understands the circumstances around the damage and said the will keep the costs as low as possible for the youth.

Thank you very much, Mr. Fisher. The youth allegedly responsible for the damage has been referred to the diversion program. This is a community-based process, and the timeline for these cases is significantly shorter than cases handled at the Juvenile Department. Due to the restricted timeline, the sooner I have the restitution information the better. I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you, knowing you’re very busy. Do you think you will have an estimate or receipt within the next couple weeks?

Thank you very much.

Hi Jillian,

I have a call into the folks who installed the amenities at the park. I will get a price for them to get the replacements and install them and then send that back to you and Sadie.

Subject: Water Feature in Fox Park

Hello, Mr. Fisher –

My name is Jillian and I’m the Victim Services Coordinator for the Clackamas County Juvenile Department. We received a report indicating that a youth was grinding his bike on a metal water feature in Fox Park, possibly causing damage. I am very sorry this happened, and the Juvenile Department is committed to holding this youth accountable in a way that is meaningful to the City of Molalla.

Chief Lucich gave me your contact information. I understand that you are quite busy. If the water feature needs to be repaired or replaced and you have an estimate, I can forward that documentation to the youth’s Diversion Coordinator and seek restitution of behalf of the City of Molalla. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to call or email me.

Thank you for your time.
