Rod – their property is thru a designated drainageway and wetland. Not only is this against our code but it also may very well violate our permit with DEQ related to stormwater. I am going to contact our DEQ stormwater representative and find out if I need to forward this information to them which may result in an environmental law violation for the property owner.
