Attachments: 20170202_140314.jpg; Gentlemen, Regarding the truck driver parking overnight at Clark Park Darren reported to Christopherson; 1) Christopherson did go to the scene. 2) He ran the registration. 3) It was to someone that didn’t live anywhere in the Molalla are, therefore couldn’t contact the owners. 4) He looked up the ordinance and it does say no overnight parking in city parking lots, however… 5) The last line in the ordinance says there MUST be signs posted. 6) When he looked at the signs in the area, there were none. 7) Christopherson even ran it past the Chief. Judy from the school confronted her about it and was told off before the lady drove away. I have asked Dennis to get a sign posted at that location, never the less it was an illegal dump and I would like an officer to follow up on it. Thanks.
