So, the amount of time ones family resides in an area is inversely proportional to the rules ones family has to follow? Interesting line of thinking.

Hello,

I spoke to Mr. Marson today. He answered his office phone (503) 829-2709.

He said they put up the poles to install lights in the future. I told him that before he installs the lights he needs to obtain approval from the City of Molalla. I recommended a pre-application meeting. I told him that any use or expansion or improvement to the parking lot will need to meet City standards.

He seemed evasive about sharing much information about his intentions for the property. He also reminded his family has been in Molalla for 75 years.

I will keep this email for my records to indicate that I shared the requirements with him. Please help Zinder and I in letting us know if you see new lighting installation or any other construction crews out on the site. We appreciate your help.

Alice

FYI – this is what I saw on the site yesterday. It appears to be light poles and a potential parking lot to me.
