Have other businesses failed to respond? I think the City should analyze if any others are in the same situation and send the same enforcement letter.

Attached are the letters and survey that were sent out to CHTC, Inc, Jacob Crabtree and Billy Tosheff on Thursday, July 9th. These were sent to each recipient both regular US Postal mail and Certified mail with a return receipt.
