Folks, see image below. I removed the 4x4s from the row and was then confronted by a neighbor. I have body cam of the interaction if needed. Over the next few months I will put in work orders to do drive-bys (combine with loft station check). If you see anything like this please contact me. We have already dealt with this individual in the past for cold mixing his own curb ramp. This is a violation of development code, a danger to pedestrians, and threatens the long term health of the curb infrastrucute. Thanks! Andy
