A year or so ago we notified all that the alley was not a place to park vehicles or stow materials. We posted it a no parking zone and have for the most part seen compliance. If someone from the burnt house is stowing materials in the alleyway then I will ask Dan Z to notify the property owner that doing that is a no-no. Thanks.

Subject: Tommi Tolstead

I just had a conversation with Tommi Tolstead – owner of 112 N. Molalla Avenue. She had two complaints:

  1. 1. The property behind her that burned a couple of years ago is now clearing debris from inside the house. According to Ms. Tolstead, they are just stacking the debris out side the house. And, of all things, there are racoons living in the house. Not sure how she knows that but alas they are.
  2. 2. The Alley. She specifically stated, “Is something now going to be done about the alley?” I am unsure what is up, but we have had issues before with this alley. Can we take a look and see if people are blocking the alley again?

Ms. Tolstead is an older lady with specific opinions and there has been a feud between the Tolstead’s, Bentley’s and Peterkin’s for a long time. However, if we can get this all cleaned up once and for all it may be a good time.
