Subject: the new Plan
Okay, here is the new plan. I spoke with River City Environmental and they will have a quote to me shortly to clear JUST the Borromeo property right up to the riparian zone. Should have that in just a few days and I don’t expect it to be much, we can pass the entire amount to Bormeo. Then along the riparian zone we’ll post our signs that say “this is a Riperian creek zone under repair in cooperation with the City of Molalla and Pudding River Water Shed Council in accordance with TMDL efforts” etc. If we are successful, our next step will be we contact Brentwood and do the same thing on their property. The property beyond Brentwood is owned by Johnathan Sheckard who has agreed to clear his own property in the same way, which would give us a clear field of vision all the way to Molalla Forest Road. After we have photos and know the extent of the riparian area we will be recovering we can pass them to Anna Rankin who has offered write up the grant application for Clackamas Soil and Water Conservation money to manage the riparian area for the next few years. So next steps: you guys are done until we need you to clear the area for our equipment, I’ll have a date soon. Any concerns?
Thanks!
