Well, we’ve put a LOT of time in to this effort, I think a property lien to recover costs is warranted. I’ve got video of the process, including this one of Rich on a 16ft ladder. It’s basically taken 4 utility employees, 1 Plant Operator, and 3 Officers nearly half a day and taking risks. And that’s just after they got on site. Not to mention nearly $1000 in materials. I’m happy to put a bill together.

Chaunee, do you know how I would place a Lein on a property? The Police just evicted the squatters at 316 S. Molalla Ave, and we are boarding it up, but there is also significant garbage abatement that needs to be done. I documented with a video, but wanted your advice?
