Hi Andy,

I found some a permitting record for this property. In short, Cash Ice Company expanded in 2016. At that time, the Planning Department acknowledged these unpermitted temporary structures and conditioned the Cash Ice Co. expansion to remove all three of these temporary structures. The structures have not been removed….and have since been occupied by the Alliance Fish Farm.

Alice, I looked deeper into the rules and I believe the fish farm you’ve found (Alliance Fish Farm of Dixon Ave) would fall under a categorical user heading: 40 CFR Part 451 Concentrated Aquatic Animal Production. This business would need to be looked at much more closely to certify they do not discharge to the Sewer System.

Respectfully,

Andy Peters
