At that time, the Planning Department acknowledged these unpermitted temporary structures and conditioned the Cash Ice Co. expansion to remove all three of these temporary structures. The structures have not been removed….and have since been occupied by the Alliance Fish Farm. This business would need to be looked at much more closely to certify they do not discharge to the Sewer System.
