Attachments: image003.jpg; image001.jpg; Dan what I forsee is the need for the city to pick up the additional expenses of hauling off the needles and debris. I expect $1500-$2000 for that AFTER this basic brush clearing. But we'll just have to see what we are facing after we are done. It's a fluid thing as you know! This does not include removal of any debris or needles, etc, just chewing up the brush and making everything visible and clear. I would expect an addon if that becomes something we need to do. But as it stands, this shouldn’t sticker shock the property owner. If you/Gerald/Property owner agree then I’ll get a PO in the system.
