Please CC B&B Leasing who does the garbage service so they know that they are creating a problem if they don’t put the dumpster back outside of the sight clearance area. This is one that they may need to resolve by locating the dumpsters in an enclosure out in the parking area off of Robbins.

Fyi, I am sending this notice out to the owners of the 111 Robbins business complex regarding the dumpsters that are often placed in the vision clearance area outside of collection times with a note to pass it on to their tenants. Generally, this provides a good reference for what we look for with vision clearance violations.
