The following is a list of Public Works Department costs in order to reestablish water service to 529 Hart Ave:

  1. 1. Pay damage fee of $1,780.50 for costs to the City to protect water system.
  2. 2. Pay water system development charge, currently $3,943, for establishing new connection. Note that SDC’s will go up based on local area inflation sometime in March.
  3. 3. Pay $600 water hook up fee.
  4. 4. Pay $150 Right-of-way Permit fee for inspection of water service connection.
  5. 5. Hire contractor, recognized by the CCB to do public waterline work, to perform waterline connection.
  6. 6. Once inspection is completed and service is approved, contact Finance to request meter to be set by Public Works Department.

 

Please note that the above costs do not include any other fees required by other departments. Once item 1-6 is completed, Public Works will close the code enforcement file on this property. Thank you.
