Please call Westling Tree Service and have this tree removed (image attached). The Property Owner is nonresponsive, the tree is dangerous to children due to school bus sight distance. Please have the contractor take away all debris and logs, and grind the stump. The bill will be forwarded to Christie as a Lein against the property. We will add 15% for our administrative costs.
