FYI, the Property Management Company for the building next door was able to identify who left the Furniture out on the Sidewalk. He says they will be “dealing” with the tenant. Our letter was successful, good idea.

I heard back from the Police Dept and unfortunately the video was not kept: they only go back 5 days, and because I had no “case number”, there was no reason for them to download it. If it happens again I will find the video and protect it myself. In the meantime, I’m pleased to report we’ve had no more instances since the letter went out. Sometimes just a letter from the Community is all that’s needed to get folks to understand the effects they are having on others. I do appreciate you being willing to help.

You mentioned that you had CCTV and I was wondering if you had the ability to share that video with me so I can identify the culprits and prevent this from happening in the future.
