Attachments: 0705191007.jpg; 0705191003.jpg; Good Morning folks, Attached is a picture of a women we caught in the act of graffitiing the buildings down town, calling herself Sister Big Staff. Sorry we couldn’t get a better picture of her, she turned away to prevent it. But I expect some of us know who she is. I’m not asking for anything from anyone, except that you just take a look. One way these folks get away with stuff is that government divisions sometimes don’t communicate their experiences. For all I know this is the missing piece someone needs to handle this person. Essentially Cody and I were coming across the four way intersection in center of town on Friday July, 5th 2019 and saw that “Sister Big Staff” was writing on the side of the building. I asked her what she was doing and she walked around the corner and was now traveling North on N. Molalla Avenue across from City Hall. I stopped to take a picture of her and she asked “do you want another sticker for your truck?” At that point I think she realized I was about to photograph her so she turned around (away from me) facing the glass windows, flipped me off and said to me “that’s a hate crime ya know?” We went back around to where we saw her writing on the wall and photographed that (attached.)
