Gerald - we do have code that specifically addresses time limits for RVs,
Trailers, Boats and the like. I have an educational letter drafted that I
can send the owner.

Hi Dan and Frank,
Please see email below. Not sure if we have a parking limit in our City
code that would address this but it may fall under inoperable vehicles if
it is a trailer left on the street. If nothing in the Code then Dan can't
pursue the education route with the property owner and it will fall to PD.
Dan - please take a look and let Frank know if you can address with Code
Enforcement and if not then pass on what you find to him with pictures,
memo, etc. Thanks.

Subject: Rev parking issues
Hi there, my name is Bill McEahern and I live at 664 Anne Lane in Molalla.
I am writing to file a formal complaint about my neighbors RV parking
situation, the neighbor in question lives at 681 Anne Lane and
continuously, year around, has two RVs including a 24 foot boat and a
large travel trailer parked on the street and after much patience, I do
wish that the city or the police would tell him that they need to be
parked elsewhere. Thank you very much for your help!
