Attachments: image001.png; Andy – yes. Though we’ve done it in the past, per code, maintaining obstructing vegetation falls to the homeowner which is why they bounced it. I have a few more cases I’ll be sending out letters to shortly. Please advise on how to handle these generally. In this case, it may make more sense for us to offer. Homeowners don’t always understand what to do for sign obstruction. It might be the nicest way to handle it, as the home owner has carefully landscaped here. Would you like to take a look? If you feel Code isn’t the right approach let me know and we’ll go out and cut the bushes back.
