Hi Dan, I don't think it's feasible for the Crew to get in there with

equipment, we would only tear up back yards. We shouldn't be working on

the private property anyway for liability reasons. The flip side is, that

debris will end up plugging the next culvert in a rainstorm, and we will

be called out to jet it clear. So the real issue is: if that happens, and

any property damage is caused due to the flooding, we will pointing

figures at the property owners who tossed this debris in the ditch, along

with your pictures!

Here are pictures of the dumping situation I mentioned this morning.

 

The creek is on land owned by the Lexington Estates HOA - tract C and

tract I per the attached plat. I will be sending the homeowners on parcels

167-9 letters regarding dumping in drainage ways.

 

Not sure if this is something we should have our guys involved with. We've

tried to deal with the Lexington HOA before without great results.
