633 Metzler Ave is owned by Luz Elena Arellano Miramontes and is currently being used as a dump site for a possible landscaping company they own. The folks dumping at the site live at 110 Ridings Ave which is owned by Jesus & Laura Arellano. They have piled up wood debris in the ROW of Metzler and have now illegally installed a culvert pipe and dumped soil over the north ditch on 7^th Ave. I made contact with Jesus a few minutes ago and notified him of the violations and that he would be receiving written notification in the near future. I will CC you on the letter I am sending to him and will give him an opportunity to correct before turning it over to code enforcement. Wanted to give you a heads up. Thanks.
