Please conduct a sight visit and take pictures as needed. Contact Mr. Mitchell and let him know you are handling it and he can contact you with questions directly instead of contacting me. If a violation exists, please send a written notice to the property and state that this is the second time we have notified them that it is illegal to use a residential property as a dump site.

I’m including you on this one just as an FYI. I believe the folks who are doing this have an elderly mother that the property is owned by and they are dumping their landscaping debris from their landscaping business on the property and stirring up the neighbors. Attached is the last letter I sent them and they complied with the ROW cleanup. Thanks.

Mr. Fisher my name is tom mitchell I live @ 635 metzler, the residential lot across the street is again being used to dump waste from their commercial business, You stated that it was illegal to use that residential lot for a commercial site.
