Gerald,
We did our field work today on the Avison property and found something alarming. It appears that there are 3-4 travel trailers currently being lived in and they are all using water hoses that are fed from Rainer Amusement building. The alarming thing is it appears that the are placing the gray and black water into our storm system. We found a blue hose draining out from one of the travel trailers today that is active.
