Hi Dan, yes we can certainly get it posted at our first opportunity. I am out today and tomorrow but I will forward this to my Deputy Building Codes Administrator. She can begin to work on it later this afternoon. We will get it posted as soon as possible.

Scott – We adopted an ordinance last night at our Council meeting to deal with dangerous and inhabitable structures (attached). We have a house located at 529 Hart Avenue with squatters that does not have water (disconnected) or sewer service and needs to be posted. The ordinance is similar to Clackamas County’s. Can we have an inspector post this property with a 24 or no more than 48 hour period to clear the premises at your earliest convenience?
